Villa Botanica has several spectacular reception areas that are suitable in all weather conditions and enjoy sweeping views of the Coral Sea. Enjoy dinner or cocktails within the intricately carved timber columns of the Villa's 30m long verandah, or venture inside, the Villa's Dining Room is perfect for smaller groups, flanked by a giant 12000 litre fish tank.

The Ballroom features Java rosso marble floors, mirror ball, lasers and a "fish tank bathroom" and is also available for use as a reception area or dance floor. Entry to the Ballroom is through a covered porte-cochere and 5m high antique Indian doors. The Villa's car park is able to accommodate 15 cars.
